When Parasuram, an investigative journalist, exposes the illegal activities of B. R., an influential industrialist, B. R. kills his siblings. Parasuram then vows to avenge their deaths.

A chronic illness leaves Ishwar with only a few months to live. His son Aditya is extremely reckless. To make him realise his responsibilities, Ishwar throws his son out of the house.

One-time rival collegians, Vikas Sabkuchwala and Sunil, are now friends and in love with sisters Ayesha and Mamta Vidrohi, who they would like to marry. The foursome get together and arrange the fake kidnapping of the sisters so as to extort a large sum of money from Vidrohi.
